AI Blueprint / Legal
Cookie Policy
A straightforward look at browser storage, external resources, and your choices.
Draft updated · October 25, 2026
Draft for owner and legal review
These policies reflect the business details and six-month retention rule supplied by LeanAi Systems, LLC. The operator must carry out record deletion and privacy requests; automatic deletion is not enabled. Marketing permission, analytics consent controls, provider data locations, and international-transfer safeguards must be verified before the planned services are activated. The wording has been reviewed for consistency, not certified by an attorney.
01
Cookies and local storage
This policy applies to AI Blueprint, operated by LeanAi Systems, LLC., 8000 Avalon Blvd, Alpharetta GA 30022, United States. We operate in Georgia and serve international customers.
Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent to a website on later requests. Local storage keeps values in your browser without automatically attaching them to each request.
Both can support session continuity and preferences. This policy distinguishes current functionality from planned analytics and behavior that still needs a production review.
02
Storage used by this site
The public assessment and contact pages do not require sign-in. The site’s cloud session client is configured to persist an authentication session in local storage when a session exists; that does not mean a public visitor is automatically signed in.
Assessment answers are held in the page’s temporary state during the quiz. Submitted requests are saved in Lovable Cloud; that server-side storage is not a cookie.
The consent banner stores your cookie choice in local storage. This record is essential to honoring and evidencing your choice and is not used for tracking.
A reusable sidebar includes a seven-day preference cookie, but it is not used by the current public pages. It is not listed here as an active visitor cookie.
03
Umami analytics
LeanAi Systems, LLC. uses Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand visits and site usage. Umami is configured not to use tracking cookies and not to collect personal information such as names or email addresses; it records aggregate page-view and usage statistics. No advertising pixel is currently configured in the application source.
A consent banner on every page asks before optional analytics is switched on. Choosing "Essential only" keeps analytics off; "Accept analytics" permits it. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. The Umami script only loads after you accept, and it is removed again if you withdraw consent.
This is not a guarantee that the published hosting environment sets no cookies or collects no technical information. Hosting and runtime behavior must be audited before the final cookie inventory is confirmed.
04
External resources
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading those fonts makes requests to an external service, which may receive technical request data. Font requests are separate from a claim that a tracking cookie is set.
External tool websites may set their own cookies after you follow a link. Their policies apply there.
05
Your browser choices
You can inspect, delete, or block cookies and clear site data using your browser’s privacy or site-settings controls. Clearing local storage may end a saved session. Blocking storage can affect functionality that depends on it.
This site cannot change your browser settings for you. A complete inventory with storage names, purposes, providers, and lifetimes requires a production audit.
06
Changes and related information
If optional tracking is added, this policy and any legally required consent mechanism will need updating before it is enabled. Read the Privacy Policy for how submitted information is handled. For cookie questions, email solutions@leanaisystems.ai.
